Valour reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions and the website at any time. Please review them periodically, as your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes.

1.1 Placing an Order
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of acceptance by us. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we received it, but this does not constitute acceptance. An order is only considered accepted when it has been shipped, and we have processed payment. Valour reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

1.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems. Payments are processed securely through trusted providers. Payment must be completed at checkout.

1.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes a 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST). Valour reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

2.1 Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly, typically between 5-7 business days. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. The shipping and handling fee covers packing material, staffing and administrative costs involved with processing your order and is non-refundable.

2.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Some orders may qualify for free shipping, which will be applied automatically based on the eligibility criteria.

2.3 International Shipping
For orders outside of Australia, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

3.1 Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at online@valoursport.com.au . Once your return is authorised, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

3.3 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. Alternatively, returned items can be exchanged for store credit equivalent to the price paid.

4.1 Product Descriptions
In describing the products available to purchase online, Valour attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Valour does not warrant that product descriptions or other content presented on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Valour itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4.2 Availability
While we strive to ensure product availability, some items may be out of stock or discontinued. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund.
