Valour reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion and, by using the Website at any time, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the current Terms and Conditions in use.

Your use of this website is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this website are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Terms and Conditions

Set out below are the terms and conditions of access for the website of Valour Apparel Pty Ltd (ABN 55 140 450 308) and the basis upon which items are sold to you using this website. By accessing, creating an account, requesting exclusive access, placing an order via or using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions and to the terms of Valour Apparel’s Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to agree these terms and conditions, you must not access, create an account, request exclusive access, place an order via or use this website.


Valour Apparel Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. Valour Apparel Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (eg. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). We will make all reasonable effort to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the order and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.


Unless otherwise indicated, Valour retains the copyright to any concepts, designs, text, formats, graphics and pictures contained on this site. No part of this web site may be reproduced, copied, imitated or distributed in any way without the prior written consent.

Except where permitted under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other applicable laws, and except for the temporary copy held in your computer's cache and a single copy for your own personal use, any of the website content (including any substantial part of it) must not otherwise be used, stored, copied, reproduced, published, altered, adapted, distributed, printed, displayed, transmitted or commercialised in any form or by any means in whole or part without Valour’s prior written consent.

If you correspond or otherwise communicate with us, you automatically grant to us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide licence to use, copy, display and distribute the content of your correspondence or communication and to prepare derivative works of the content or incorporate the content into other works in order to publish and promote such content. This may include, but is not limited to, publishing case studies and testimonials on our website and developing your ideas and suggestions for improved products or services we provide.


The nominated currency used for all transactions on is Australian Dollars (AUD$) and includes a 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). This is applicable to all orders containing an Australian address.

Price and Payment

Prices listed at are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Valour reserves the right alter prices at any time.
Accepted payment methods are Visa and Mastercard. For credit card payments, the name that will appear on your bank statement is ‘Valour Apparel Pty Ltd).

Valour will withhold shipping of goods until all goods have been paid for. A tax invoice will be emailed upon payment for all products ordered at The order and tax invoice can also be viewed via your account profile on the Valour website.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices, delivery fees and other charges quoted are in Australian Dollars and, where applicable, are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Valour reserves the right to change or alter prices of sportswear on the website for any reason and without notice. If you have already placed and paid for an order we will honour the original price.

When placing an order at you agree to pay for the sportswear products and stated delivery fee. Accepted payment methods are Visa and Mastercard. When paying by credit card, you authorise Valour Apparel to charge your nominated card at the time you place your order.

You acknowledge that goods will only be shipped once payment has been received. If your payment cannot be processed we will not ship your sportswear products.

We will email you a tax invoice once your payment has been approved.

Ordering sportswear online

You may place an order at In doing so you agree to provide the information necessary for us to process and deliver your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to deliver products as a result of you providing inaccurate or incomplete information.

To the extent permitted by law, Valour reserves the right to accept or reject or cancel orders for any reason (or no reason) at any time including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or description, an error in the order or the discontinuance of a promotion.

Availability of sportswear

From time to time some sportswear products may be out of stock or unavailable. Valour reserves the right to withdraw sportswear products from sale at any time without notice. Please note that photographs and visuals of Valour’s sportswear products are for illustration purposes only and their appearance may differ in real life.

Shipping and Delivery

Valour Apparel currently deliver orders to Australian addresses only. From time to time, including during peak periods, Valour many not be able to achieve delivery timelines. You acknowledge and agree that Valour is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

Dispatch of Goods

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

Acceptance of Goods

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Valour Apparel Pty Ltd, as soon as possible. Order cancellations

Unless provided for under these Terms and Conditions, you cannot cancel or change your order once it has been accepted.

By entering this promotion, Entrants (as defined below) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 2. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt on the comment on the Instagram promotional post. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period. 8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an Entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an Entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 25. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each Entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. The Promoter and Valour Sport may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Valour Sport Privacy Policy: Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of Entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. Upon the Entrant’s request; all information provided will be removed from our active database. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. 26. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. 27. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the promotion is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering the promotion, Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter: a. using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion, redeeming the prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to the promotion; b. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and c. using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the promotion (including any outcome),and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
