RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Valour gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Because our returns process is different for Valour Active and Valour Schools, please make sure you select the correct returns policy below to avoid delays with your return.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

RETURN & EXCHANGE FOR VALOUR SPORT PURCHASE

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY - VALOUR SPORT

 

General Policy

  • Items must be returned to Valour within 14 days of dispatch.
    • Within 14 days of dispatch → eligible for exchange or store credit
    • Between 14 days and 3 months of dispatch → store credit only
    • After 3 months of dispatch → not eligible
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless found to be faulty
Shipping & Processing: 

  • Returns are at the customer's expense
  • Valour is not liable for parcels lost in transit. We recommend using tracked postage.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for your return to be process and credit to be applied.

RETURN & EXCHANGE FOR VALOUR SCHOOLS PURCHASE

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY - VALOUR SCHOOLS

 

  • Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit with proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be received by the relevant Uniform Shop:

    • Within 30 days of dispatch → eligible for exchange or store credit

    • Between 30 days and 3 months of dispatch → store credit only

    • After 3 months of dispatch → not eligible

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted unless the garment is faulty.

  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Shipping & Processing

  • Returns must be sent to your Uniform Shop.

  • Valour Schools does not offer free returns.

  • Valour is not liable for parcels lost in transit. We recommend using tracked postage.

  • All exchanges must include an exchange form

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty Goods Policy

  • All faulty items must be returned for assessment by our Quality Assurance team.
  • Depending on the fault, items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

 

Faulty claims are not valid where:

  • The item shows fair wear and tear
  • The product has been modified or repaired without authorisation
  • Damage occurred due to improper care or storage (e.g. incorrect washing or insect damage)
  • The item is second-hand or purchased from a third party

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the unique nature of custom garments, Valour cannot accept returns or exchanges for customised products unless an item is faulty or was customised incorrectly per your agreement.

Customised Goods Are Non-Returnable If:

  • The item is as ordered but you've changed your mind or no longer need it (per Australian Consumer Law)
  • The product is damage from unreasonable use or incorrect care
  • Sizing was incorrectly ordered
