Returns and Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Valour sportswear just as much as we loved creating it for you.

But just in case its not right, here’s our returns policy.

 

At Valour we put our heart and soul in the design and manufacture of our sportswear and sporting accessories.

That’s why if something isn’t right, we’re happy to exchange or offer a credit to the value paid for the item(s). Returns and exchanges, except where the item is deemed to be faulty, must be received by Valour within fourteen (14) days of the dispatch date.

Change of mind exchange and returns must be returned to valour in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and with the tags still attached), with the original purchase receipt.

Valour cannot refund custom made items due to:

  • customer simply changes their mind, decides they do not like the purchase or has no use for it. (under the Australian Consumer Law)
  • Discovers they can buy the goods or services more cheaply elsewhere
  • Has damaged the goods by using them in a way that was unreasonable.

Valour does not offer free returns. We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Valour will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and the credit applied to your account. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Faulty products

If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. A faulty goods claim cannot be made if:

  • The Goods have been subjected to fair, wear and tear;
  • Unauthorised modifications or repair of the Goods;
  • The Goods are damaged as a result of failing to comply with the manufacturer’s care and storage instructions, including but not limited to insect damage;
  • The Goods are second hand, in that you are not the original purchaser of the Goods.

Sale items

Sale items are non-refundable and not exchangeable, unless the product is faulty or otherwise meets the requirements as outlined by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) for us to do so.

Custom Orders

Valour cannot accept returns of customised sportswear, unless items are found to be faulty.

If it is found that Valour have incorrectly customised your sportswear contrary to the approved Pre Production Sample and your instructions, we will gladly replace them. If you are unsure if this applies to the product you are interested in, please contact our customer service team at online@valoursport.com.au and they will be able to inform you if it is applicable.

MIZUNO PRODUCTS

Valour’s return and exchange policy applies to Mizuno shoes purchased at valoursport.com.au.

To return (for a valoursport.com.au store credit) or exchange a Mizuno product purchased at valoursport.com.au, please complete the Valour Return Form – click here- and email it to online@valoursport.com.au.

Valour will provide the information to Mizuno, who will supply you with at Return Authorisation code.

Upon receiving the returned goods, Mizuno’s Customer Service team will inspect the stock to ensure there are in re-saleable condition. If acceptable for resale, Mizuno will:

  • For exchanges, deliver the replacement product to your delivery address
  • For returns, Valour will issue a store credit. Credits are valid for 24 months.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the dispatch date.

To qualify to return an item under this Policy, it must be:

  • the original online purchase,
  • unworn, unwashed and unused,
  • in the original packaging/box*, and tags intact, and
  • in a resealable condition

Please ensure that the goods are in a resaleable condition and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging/box. Should the packaging/box be marked or is in an unsatisfactory condition, it will not be considered for return.

You will be responsible for attaching the postage label with completed Return Authorisation Number, and posting via an Australia Post Office. The package needs to be posted over the counter with a receipt of post kept for your records.

Credits are limited to the cost of the goods excluding shipping charges. Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of Victoria.

Please allow up to 21 business days for a store credit to be processed once the shoes are received and assessed by Mizuno.
