WHERE IS THE UNIFORM SHOP LOCATED?

Schofields Public School offers an online shop for uniform orders only. We don't have a physical shop.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order for collection are delivered to the school office once a week. These can be collected on Thursdays between 8:45 and 9:30am.

You can also choose to have the uniform items sent to your home address, we offer a $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $149. Orders over $149 receive free shipping.

 

HOW CAN I PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?

Valour Schools does not refund due to change of mind however we can exchange items which have not been used and have all tags left on should the garment not be suitable or ill fitting. Items that have been custom made eg: made to order with logos are classified as custom made cannot be cancelled once ordered due to the custom and made to order process involved. Any item that is deemed to be faulty will be refunded inline with Australian Consumer Law.

If something isn’t quite right with your order and your goods are in their original packaging and with the tags attached, Valour Schools is happy to exchange your item/s.

Please complete an Exchange Form and email it to sps@valourschools.com.au.

Please take your completed Exchange Form and the goods to the school office. Clearly mark that the package is for uniform exchange. Upon receipt of the goods the Uniform Store will notify you by email that we have delivered the replacement items to your child’s classroom.

All exchanges must include and exchange form containing your order number.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Orders to Australian addresses are sent using Shippit and a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

There is a very small window to change your address if your order has not been shipped. We cannot change your shipping address once your order has already left our warehouse or it has already been packed and processed by our picking department. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your shipping address. Please note: Valour will not liable for incorrect shipping details entered.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible on 02 9651 3711 or email sps@valoursport.com.au.
