The Uniform shop hours are:
Monday 8am - 12pm
Tuesday 8am - 12pm
Wednesday 8am - 12pm
Thursday 12.30pm - 5.30pm
Friday Closed

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You are able to collect your order during Uniform Shop hours Monday - Thursday.
You can also choose to have the uniform items sent to your home address we offer a $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $149. Orders over $149 receive free shipping.
HOW CAN I PROCESS AN EXCHANGE
As long as the item is still in original condition (tags on and unworn/washed) return it back to the uniform shop, together with the schools exchange form and we will swap it for the correct size / item. Refer to our refund & exchange policy for more information.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Orders to Australian addresses are sent using Shippit and a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
There is a very small window to change your address if your order has not been shipped. We cannot change your shipping address once your order has already left our warehouse or it has already been packed and processed by our picking department. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your shipping address. Please note: Valour will not liable for incorrect shipping details entered.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
