These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern entry for the “Win 1 of 20 Exclusive Australian Commonwealth Games Team Merch Items” promotion (“Promotion”) run by Valour Sport in connection with its partnership with Commonwealth Games Australia (CGA) for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is Valour Apparel Pty Ltd of 11/242D New Line Road, Dural, NSW, 2158, Australia ABN 55 140 450 308 (“Valour Sport”).

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents only.

2.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2.3 Directors, officers, employees and immediate family members (spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, sibling or child) of Valour Sport, Commonwealth Games Australia (CGA), and any agencies directly associated with the administration of this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.4 Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotional Period. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified at Valour’s discretion.

3.1 The Promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Friday 24 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 6 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4.1 To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, complete the official entry form on the Valour Sport website, and:

• Answer Question 1: nominate their favourite Commonwealth Games sport (from a dropdown list);
• Answer Question 2: indicate whether they belong to a club or team (Yes/No), and if “Yes”, name that club or team;
• Answer Question 3: select their State or Territory of residence (from a dropdown list);
• Answer Question 4: indicate whether they organise apparel on behalf of a club or association;
• Tick the box to confirm they consent to marketing communications;
• Tick the box to confirm they consent to Valour Sport’s Competition Terms & Conditions;
• Tick the box to confirm they consent to Valour Sports' Privacy Policy and;
• Submit the completed form.
  
  

4.2 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary and no payment of any kind is required to enter or to win. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or late entries will be deemed invalid.

4.3 Valour Sport reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who it believes has tampered with the entry process, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or otherwise breached these Terms.

5.1 There are twenty (20), prizes available to be won, each awarded to a separate winner:

• Ten (10) x Official Australian Commonwealth Games Team sports gym bags;
• Four (4) x Official Australian Commonwealth Games Team village caps;
• Four (4) x Official Australian Commonwealth Games Team scarves;
• Two (2) x Official Australian Commonwealth Games Team beach towels.
  

Total prize pool value: $1,240.00 AUD (inclusive of GST). The prize pool items are exclusive CGA team merchandise not available for public purchase.

5.2 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.

5.3 If a prize (or any part of it) is unavailable, Valour Sport reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place at 11/242D New Line Road, Dural, NSW, 2158, Australia on Monday 17 August at 10:30am AEST using the random number generator provided by random.org.

6.2 Winners will be notified by direct message and/or email using the contact details provided at entry within five (5) business days of the draw. Winners must respond and provide any requested delivery details within seven (7) days of being notified, or their prize may be forfeited and redrawn at Valour Sport’s discretion.

6.3 Prize winners may be announced on Valour Sport’s social media channels and website using the entrant’s first name and state/territory only, unless the entrant objects.

7.1 Personal information collected as part of this Promotion (including name, contact details, favourite sport, club/team affiliation, state, and role in club apparel purchasing) is collected by Valour Sport for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting winners, and — where consent is given — sending marketing communications about Valour Sport products, partnerships and offers.

7.2 Marketing consent is sought as a condition of a separate, clearly identified tick box at the point of entry and can be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication or by contacting Valour Sport directly. Valour Sport will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.valoursport.com.au/pages/customer-service-privacy-policy. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties other than as required to administer the Promotion or as set out in the Privacy Policy.

8.1 This Promotion is conducted on the Valour Sport website and is promoted via Instagram, Facebook and/or LinkedIn. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or LinkedIn Corporation. Any information or data an entrant provides is provided to Valour Sport and not to Meta or LinkedIn, and each platform is released of all liability in connection with the Promotion.

8.2 Valour Sport reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Valour Sport reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority and applicable law, where a cause beyond its reasonable control makes it necessary to do so.

8.4 To the extent permitted by law, Valour Sport excludes all liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death that may arise from an entrant's participation in the Promotion or their acceptance or use of a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.5 Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy conferred on an entrant by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

8.6 This Promotion uses the trade mark and branding of the Commonwealth Games Australia Team under Valour Sport's capacity as an Official Apparel Partner. Prizes are official licensed merchandise supplied under that partnership.

The total prize pool for this Promotion is $1,240.00 (inclusive of GST). This is below the permit thresholds that apply in New South Wales ($10,000), the Australian Capital Territory ($3,001), South Australia ($5,001) and the Northern Territory ($5,001). Accordingly, no trade promotion permit or authority is required to conduct this Promotion in any Australian state or territory. This Promotion complies with the standard fair trading and consumer protection obligations that apply regardless of permit status, including these Terms being freely available to all entrants, free entry and clear disclosure of the Promotion's mechanics, prizes and closing date.

This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The Promotion is open to eligible entrants residing in Australia. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. On this basis, and given the total prize pool retail value of $1,240.00 AUD, no trade promotion permit or authority is required in any Australian state or territory, including New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, South Australia or the Northern Territory.
