Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Valour Sport (the Promoter), Valour Apparel Pty Ltd, ABN 55 140 450 308, 11/242D New Line Road, Dural NSW 2158.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 5:00 pm AEDT on Thursday, 22 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday, 25 October 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Valour Sport and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete both of the following steps during the competition period:
- Follow @valoursport on Instagram.
- Submit a valid email address through the official competition landing page.
Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Entrants must be following @valoursport at the time the winner is selected.
5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to the following match:
- Match: England vs Papua New Guinea
- Event: 2026 Rugby League World Cup
- Date: Friday, 30 October 2026
- Venue: WIN Stadium, Wollongong, NSW
- Kick-off: 8:05 pm AEDT
The prize consists of match entry tickets only. Transport, accommodation, food, beverages and other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another product or service.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday, 26 October 2026.
The winner's eligibility, including their Instagram follow, will be verified before the prize is awarded.
This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry on Monday, 26 October 2026.
The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period or is deemed ineligible, Valour Sport reserves the right to conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws.
The four tickets will be delivered electronically to the confirmed winner via email.
8. Changes to the Event
The match is organised by third parties. Valour Sport is not responsible for changes to the match schedule, venue or event arrangements.
If the match is postponed, cancelled or materially changed, the Promoter will address the prize in accordance with applicable law.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected through the competition will be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility and contact the winner.
Entrants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from Valour Sport. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Valour Sport's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Valour Sport and not to Instagram.
11. General Conditions
Valour Sport reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants who breach these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, Valour Sport is not responsible for technical issues that prevent an entry from being submitted successfully.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition only where permitted by applicable law and any relevant regulatory approval.
