Talon Global was built to exclusively meet the demands of Valour’s custom sportswear clients. Talon is a 2000m2 factory that adheres to the strict, high standards required to deliver Valour’s industry-leading sports uniforms and sportswear. Talon Global is situated in Zhong Shan, China.

99% of sportswear manufacturers use a shared factory that manufactures for multiple clients. Because we own our factory, we have full control over quality, timelines and schedules, mitigating any unforeseen quality or delivery concerns. Since 2009 Valour has produced millions of sportswear garments.

Rigorous quality control measures guided by AS/NZS ISO 9001:1994, Quality systems - Model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing are implemented across Valour’s local and offshore production facilities.

Valour’s Supply Chain and the Order Process

Because we own the factory, fabrics, patterns, zippers and everything else you could possibly need to manufacture sportswear, we can guarantee a smooth order process and on time delivery.

As part of the design and approval phase, Valour’s in-house team work with clients to build a garment matrix. This matrix highlights and tracks each stage of the garment’s life, from design through to delivery. The matrix highlights key milestones including pre-production approval through to delivery lead times.

Clients maintain control of their sportswear range through the full process - from sign off of any embellishment through to pre-production approval. Valour delivers the exact sportswear garment a client ordered. That’s our guarantee.
