At Valour we’re with you from the beginning. Following a design consultation you’ll receive creative designs and fabric samples. We'll create a pre-production sample. After touching, feeling and tying on the sample, you'll be in a position to go give us the go ahead for production. We’ve been designing and manufacturing school sportswear for years, so it pays to listen to our advice. We’re here to help you achieve the best outcome for your school and students.

At Valour, quality is our priority. But we don’t expect you to take our word for it. That’s why we’re happy for you to speak with our clients.

 

As parents ourselves, we’re aware of the financial burden parents are constantly under.

Our sportswear will withstand the most grueling sports. Children will outgrow their sportswear before they wear it out.

Valour’s sportswear holds its look and can be passed down through siblings.

 

Stage 1: Design

• Starts as soon as you give us the go-ahead
• Preliminary designs within 14 days of brief
• Second round changes provided within seven days from comments
• Further changes provided daily until designs confirmed
• Arrangement of any special colours

Stage 2: Sizing

• Size charts provided for all garments
• Size kits are available
• Fabric swatches provided for approval
• Staff available for exceptional circumstance measuring

Stage 3: Pre- approval samples

• Pre-production samples are provided within four weeks of design confirmation
• The sample provided is the finished garment
• Pre-production samples are held on-site at Valour’s office and available at request

Stage 4: Production

• Final orders received from uniform shop
• Production begins
• Cut and Sew orders delivered 10-12 weeks from approval of pre-production samples. Sublimation sportswear is significantly faster
• We can store stock at our local warehouse

Valour’s sportswear is packed with recycled tissue paper and delivered in a biodegradable bag. Our packing cartons are made from 100% recycled card and a strict recycling program is followed.
