Valour’s AUSTRALIAN OWNED PRODUCTION FACILITy

Talon Global, built exclusively by the founders of Valour, meets the demands of Valour’s custom sportswear and apparel clients. Talon is a 2000m2 factory that adheres to the strict, high standards required to deliver Valour’s industry-leading sports uniforms, sportswear and corporate apparel.

99% of sportswear manufacturers use a shared factory that manufactures for multiple clients. Because we own our factory, we have full control over quality, timelines and schedules, mitigating any unforeseen quality or delivery concerns. Since 2009 Valour has produced millions of sportswear garments.

Rigorous quality control measures guided by AS/NZS ISO 9001:1994, Quality systems - Model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing are implemented across Valour’s local and offshore production facilities.

VALOUR’S EXCLUSIVE SUPPLY CHAIN AND THE ORDER PROCESS

Partnering with Valour ensures consistent high quality garments because we own the factory, fabrics, patterns, zippers and everything else you could possibly need to manufacture sportswear. We can guarantee a smooth order process and on time delivery.

As part of the design and approval phase, Valour’s experienced in-house team work with clients to build a garment matrix. This matrix highlights and tracks each stage of the garment’s life, from design through to delivery. The matrix highlights key milestones including pre-production approval through to delivery lead times.

Clients maintain control of their sportswear range through the full process - from sign off of any embellishment through to pre-production approval. Valour delivers the exact sportswear garment a client ordered. That’s our guarantee.

Talon’s warehouse holds thousands of metres and hundreds of kilos of Valour’s 12 high performance sportswear fabrics. Every fabric is available in many colours.

Having fabric and accessories in stock means every sports uniform produced by Valour is of the same colour and quality. Availability of our factory's stored fabrics guarantees our clients never experience delays.

Valour’s Sydney head office is constantly in touch with all pieces of the supply chain.

Our live CTV feed to the factory floor means we see the full production cycle. Thanks to the direct communication channel questions are answered quickly and with immediate effect. Our production process is industry leading.

Rigorous production schedule

Our in-house production and administration teams keep clients up-to-date on how orders are tracking.

From sign off, we deliver cut and sew sports uniforms within 12 weeks. Airfreight reduces delivery time by three weeks.

SUBLIMATION

Valour’s sublimated sportswear factory is in an environmentally temperature controlled, dust and lint-free environment.

High quality Italian ink and stringent quality control measures produce crisp designs in intricate detail.

At Valour we guarantee colour consistency across our sublimated and cut and sew sportswear.

When you order a sublimated soccer jersey and shorts from Valour, then throw a cut and sew softshell jacket on top, the colours will match. Valour is passionate about reducing the impact on the environment. Valour’s focus with ‘Keep Australia Beautiful’ saw the introduction of the first bio-degradable garment bag that has now become a signature of our supply.
